About me

As a senior B2B marketing and communications leader with over 15 years of experience working with major tech and telco brands, I have driven business growth and promoted complex solutions across multiple industries. My roles have spanned marketing communications, strategy, product marketing, product management, and field marketing. I have honed my skills in international and multicultural contexts, working with diverse cross-functional stakeholders. This extensive experience, combined with a background in business administration, allows me to provide valuable insights and strategies that align with broader business goals.

Now, I serve as the Head of Marketing at Safetytech Accelerator, a leading organization dedicated to advancing innovation in high-risk industries, like maritime, construction, energy, etc. This role enriches my experience by placing me at the intersection of technology and strategic innovation, and exposing me to a diverse ecosystem that includes corporates, tech companies, regulatory bodies, and government agencies. Working in a dynamic and agile start-up environment has further broadened my strategic thinking and adaptability, giving me hands-on experience in various aspects of the business and exposing me to new industries.

My passion for marketing stems from my fascination with the human aspect of it. I’ve always been intrigued by understanding the factors that drive costumer behaviour and decision-making. This curiosity  remains still strong within me, and through the interest in behavioural science I continue to explore the underlying motives behind why people make certain choices. As an extremely curious, creative and analytical thinker, I’m motivated by solving complex problems in an original, innovative way. 

My mission is to help businesses unlock their growth by following an integrated, holistic and collaborative brand marketing approach,  optimising on the weakest link.

What else?

I’m a dedicated and adventurous individual who has a deep passion for sports and outdoor activities. When not working, you can find me immersing myself in nature and exploring the great outdoors through activities such as climbing, hiking, running or skiing. When in town, I enjoy spending time at the local rock- climbing gym, cycling, running in a park while listening to podcasts, or participating in improv. For me, sport is more than just a form of exercise; it’s a metaphor for life. It provides the perfect platform to cultivate a growth mindset, black box thinking, and the importance of marginal gains. In addition to sports, I’ve a keen interest in stand-up comedy, particularly observational comedy. By finding humour in everyday situations, I believe it's possible to approach life with a lighter touch and train one's brain to see the funny side of things. Whereas, my involvement in improv has further enhanced my ability to think on my feet and embrace spontaneity, reinforcing the value of collaboration and adaptability—essential skills both on and off the stage.
